Your profile, in ten minutes
The one thing to do before Saturday. Session 2 is built on it.
On Saturday Angel talked about the profile: a page that tells the assistant who you are, so you stop re-explaining yourself in every conversation. It was given out loud, with nothing written behind it. Here it is, written down.
Open your assistant and paste this
Any of the five: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Grok. A new conversation. Paste the whole block, exactly as it is.
I want you to learn who I am, once and for all, so that I stop re-explaining myself in every conversation. Interview me. Ask your questions one at a time, not all at once, ten questions maximum. Ask me who I am, what I do, my family, my languages, my work or my studies, what I want to accomplish this year, and how I like to be answered. When you are done, write a one-page summary of me that I can paste at the start of any conversation.
Answer its questions
The way you would answer someone who has just met you. One at a time, ten at most. Short answers are fine. Skip anything you do not want to share.
Keep the page it writes
In your notes, in a document, emailed to yourself. It does not matter where. That is your profile. On Saturday, we use it. Bring it.
One rule before you write your profile
Put in it what you would tell a colleague you trust: your first name, your city, your languages, your work or studies, your family in broad strokes, what you want to accomplish this year, how you like to be answered.
Never put in it:
- ×a social security number
- ×a passport or identity card number
- ×bank or card details
- ×passwords
- ×anyone else's medical record, including your patients'
An AI assistant is a brilliant intern. It is not a safe.

Why an interview and not a form?
A blank form gets filled in by four people out of sixty. An assistant asking one question at a time gets answered, because answering a question is easier than facing a blank page. That is also the first lesson of Session 2, delivered before Session 2, by doing rather than by telling.
