The first four
To copy and paste into your AI assistant this week, any of them. Brackets [ ] are yours to fill in.
The introduction
Do it once, in a new chat. The intern learns who you are.
My name is [first name], I live in [city] and I speak [languages]. I am new to AI assistants. Explain to me in 5 simple sentences what you can do for someone like me, and 3 things you cannot do or are likely to get wrong.
The event
The class prompt. Who you are, what you want, for whom, in what form. Replace the brackets.
My name is [first name], I live in [city] and I speak [language]. In [time frame], I am organizing [event] for [how many people], [important details: venue, family far away, budget, language]. Help me: first, a to-do list, 8 points maximum, most urgent first. Then an invitation message in [language], [tone: warm / formal / family-style], short, ready to paste into WhatsApp. Do not include any proverb, quote or price: I will add those myself.
The check
After any answer that matters. It admits a lot when asked.
Reread your answer. Tell me what you are not sure about, what you assumed without me telling you, and what I should verify myself before using it.
The fix
When it made something up. You are the intern's boss.
That [passage] is not correct. Do not invent it. Leave the space empty and write "[I will add it myself]".
House rule: what matters, you check. A name, a date, a price, a verse, a proverb: you confirm it, not the machine.

The interview: your profile
The homework given live on Saturday. The assistant interviews you, then writes a one-page profile you can paste at the start of any conversation.
